¿Qué es el Certificado de Cotizaciones del IVSS?
Muchas personas tienen algunas dudas acerca de este documento y su significado, por ello, es necesario aclarar que, se trata de una constancia de cotizaciones que emite el IVSS. Este documento tiene como finalidad, dar fe del registro que tiene su titular en el Instituto Venezolano de los Seguros Sociales.
En él también se expone, todas las semanas que el titular posee como contribuyente del IVSS, además de otros datos de interés legal debidamente avalados por la mencionada institución.
¿Para qué sirve el Certificado de Cotizaciones del Seguro Social en Venezuela?
En primer lugar, este certificado sirve para tener constancia de que el ciudadano se encuentra cotizando para el Seguro Social. Por otra parte, se usa para poder realizar diferentes trámites del mismo IVSS.
Existen algunos casos, en el que, puede ser solicitado para trámites laborales de instituciones públicas o gubernamentales, aunque también pueden ser requeridos en algunos entes privados. De esta manera, pueden conocer el estatus del ciudadano como contribuyente al Seguro Social.
¿Cómo hacer la solicitud del Certificado de Cotizaciones del IVSS?
Para evitar que se presente algún inconveniente a la hora de hacer la solicitud, te recomendamos que sigas todas las indicaciones que te daremos al pie de la letra. Igualmente, te recordamos que este documento debe emitirse si te encuentras ya registrado en el sistema del IVSS.
Después de que hayas declarado como contribuyente ante el Seguro Social comenzarás a cotizar.
Requisitos necesarios para hacer la solicitud
Son solamente dos documentos que te exigen para este trámite:
- Cédula de Identidad del solicitante
- Tipo de nacionalidad con la que se haya registrado en el Registro Civil
Como verás, son muy pocos los papeles que te solicitan para este trámite. Recuerda también que se trata de un proceso bastante rápido, sencillo y automatizado, por lo tanto, solo debes aportar los mencionados datos.
Pasos para la solicitud del Certificado de Cotizaciones del Seguro Social
Una vez que dispones de los requisitos, debes proceder a seguir estos tres simples pasos que te mencionaremos a continuación y que serán vía online:
- Lo primero que debes hacer es entrar a la página web del IVSS y buscar el apartado de “Constancia de Cotización”.
- Selecciona el tipo de nacionalidad y proporciona tu número de Cédula de Identidad. Presiona el botón “Buscar”.
- Por último, al seleccionar este recuadro, el sistema automáticamente te buscará en su base de datos y generará el Certificado de Cotizaciones. Solo debes imprimirla y ya.
Es necesario recordar que este documento, es netamente personal, por lo tanto, un uso indebido del mismo, podría acarrear consecuencias legales.
¿Cuánto tiempo de vigencia tiene la Constancia de Cotizaciones del IVSS?
Algo que es importante destacar, es que, este documento tiene una vigencia no mayor a un mes. Este comienza a transcurrir el mismo día en el que se imprimió. Sin embargo, cuando éste se vence, el titular podrá solicitar otra nuevamente sin ningún problema.
¿Cómo se verifica el Certificado de Cotizaciones del Instituto Venezolano de los Seguros Sociales?
Si necesitas comprar la veracidad de esta certificación, podrás hacerlo a través de la misma página web del IVSS. Allí, el sistema te permitirá ingresar el código de verificación y luego te mostrará la información del documento tramitado.
